Parkering finns på den egna grönytan . Hustomten delas med grannlägenheten men är framtill avskärmad med staket. Framför huset ligger en hage och hästar liksom får är ett vanligt inslag på gården.
Uthyrs veckovis lördag till lördag. Observera att trappa till övervåningen är brant och saknar barngrind.
100 m till busshållplats. Ca 20 min till Borgholm och 40 min till Kalmar. 1,5 km från huset finns det populära Bjärbybadet inom bekvämt räckhåll (6 km). Närmsta ICA-affär ligger i byn Rälla (1,5 km). Café och hembygdsmuseum 3 km.
