This holiday villa is very centrally located in Trosa, only about 300 m away from the center - but in a quiet street with little traffic. It is walking distance to Trosa town center, the harbor, shops and restaurants.
The bright house in the middle of Trosa has only recently been fully refurbished in 2016.
It offers four bedrooms and can accommodate seven guests. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor together with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and an open plan living room. On the lower level there is a fourth bedroom of about 40 square meters with a large corner sofa and TV. The large bathroom has a toilet and a shower while the smaller one is a guest toilet with a wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with lovely work surfaces. Fiber WLAN internet access is available throughout the property.
We run a yoga studio, in the basement of the villa. We welcome all our guests to a complimentary yoga class with your stay. Please let us know and we will help you book a class.

Trosa harbor is located about 800m from the house where you will find a number of restaurants, cafés and shops. The center with grocery store, “systembolaget”, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes is about 400 m away. Outside the house there is a large sports field with football pitches. There is also a playground about 300 m from the house.
