Modern holiday apartment in the historical centre of Rome
This holiday apartment enjoys a very central location, very close to the San Giovanni metro stop.
The apartment of around 120m² is on the 5th floor and was renovated in 2014. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa bed (160 x 190cm) and a 52” flatscreen TV, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and 50-litre freezer. Wireless internet access is available free of charge, along with centrally regulated air conditioning and heating (until 20.00) in all the rooms.
The building has a lift. There is a concierge on the ground floor, who is happy to assist with any queries. Parking spaces are available in the vicinity, although they are payable.
There is a supermarket about 100 metres in the apartment. The Colosseum is within walking distance and a car is not required for getting around, as there are also shops and restaurants within walking distance.
