The residence is located in a palazzo right on the lagoon overlooking the bay of San Marco. It is easily accessible by ferry or from the airport with a direct boat service, as well as by public transport.
It offers well-equipped, well-maintained accommodation at reasonable prices and luxurious suites with a beautiful view of the lagoon and the San Marco Basin. The residence is designed for guests who don’t just want a place to sleep, as is the case in many hotels, but are looking for space and the features to make them feel at home in Venice.
Public parking spaces for your car can be found in the street, in front of the house. The Piazza San Marco is just ten minutes away by public boat, while the Biennale can be reached in seven minutes. The Congress Hall / Film Festival are two kilometres away and the beach is also just three minutes’ walk away. A multitude of boat connections, including during the night, is available from Lido to the Piazza San Marco. The pier is 600 metres or a bus stop away from the property.
The residence is open all year. Guests can enjoy a full, typical Venetian set menu in a nearby trattoria at the discounted price.
The beaches of the Lido are about 300 metres away, e.g., 'Venezia Spiagge'. There you can rent sunshades and loungers for days or weeks. The beach service includes showers / toilets and a bar and with a restaurant. As an alternative to the fee-based private beaches, there are vast, free beaches (without service) on Lido. The surrounding area offers possibilities for various kinds of sports, such as golf, riding, swimming, etc. The green island is ideal for bike tours and kilometre-long walks along the beaches, which vary from a “natural beach” to elegant private beaches.
