Die Doppelhaushälfte  liegt im Amselweg im Ostseebad Binz auf einem schönen, eingezäunten Grundstück mit Südausrichtung. Zum Badestrand sind es nur ca. 400 m. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 600 m), Tennisplatz (ca. 200 m) und der Kleinbahnhof (ca. 400 m) sind in der Nähe

Die im Jahr 2009 neu erbaute Doppelhaushälfte für max. 6 Personen mit einer Wohnfläche von 112 m² liegt auf einem schönen, eingezäunten Grundstück mit Südausrichtung. Das Haus liegt in Binz im Amselweg. Im ganzen Haus sind Granitböden mit Fußbodenheizung.
