Diese Villa ist bis ins kleinste Detail edel eingerichtet. Ein exklusives und gemütliches Ambiente sorgt für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Die Villa verfügt über Klimaanlage,  im Winter wird die Villa ueber eine Fussbodenheizung beheizt  . Ebenerdig verfügt diese Villa über einen Wohnraum mit Kamin sowie drei separate Schlafzimmer (eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und zwei mit Doppelbetten). Die Villa ist mit einer geräumigen Wohnküche ausgestattet, die über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten verfügt. Zwei Bäder sind außerdem vorhanden (Dusche oder Badewanne), eines davon ist en-suite mit einem der Schlafzimmer und eine separate Toilette.Safe,Waschmaschine & Trockner vorhanden
 
Elektrische Jalousien an allen Fenstern und Türen runden den Komfort ab, sowie die Fußbodenheizung im Winter.
Aussenbereich:Privatpool 5x7 m der mit einem Alarmsystem ausgestattet ist und ein BBQ Bereich, sowie Liegestühle am Pool.
Eine Kaution von 400 Euro ist vor Ort zahlbar Zwischenreinigung auf Wunsch, 60 Euro vor Ort.  Bitte um Angabe Ihrer Flugdaten bei Buchung

    “This is a fantastic villa, peaceful and quiet but only a short walking distance from Anthony Quinn Bay and Ladiko beach. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance but a car is probably essential to get to the shops and explore the area. The villa itself is very well equipped with a great outdoor area, pool, barbecue, day bed and covered seating area. All the rooms are well furnished with air conditioning. Tammy was great in ensuring we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations on local butchers, bakers and boat rental.”
