Villa St Nicholas is in a good location to explore the island. Located on the outskirts of the resort of Pefkos, at the top of the hill, where a 5 minute car ride leads down into the resort centre. The famous resort of Lindos and also the village of Lardos are just a short drive away. If you are a large group travelling together then Villa St Nicholas is perfect as it is located next door to our sister property, Villa Maya Pefkos.
Access to the villa is through the electronic gate, where there is ample parking on the driveway. There is a smaller gate that can be used if you are on foot. 10 steps from the parking area takes you up to the front garden path leading to the entrance of the house.
The stylish living area offers comfortable seating in front of the large flat screen TV. There is a dining table and chairs which is perfect for socialising. Patio doors, adjacent to the living and dining area, lead out onto a furnished terrace and allow plenty of light in. There is also a brightly furnished kitchen that is equipped for all your catering needs.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room. There is also a separate WC. Upstairs, there is a further double bedroom with a dressing room and a twin bedroom, both with private balconies. The first floor bedrooms share a bathroom on this floor, which has a bath with overhead shower.
This villa is all about outdoor living. The inviting private, heated pool takes pride of place amongst the large lawn and pine trees. Sun loungers are dotted around and are ideal for laying in the sun while enjoying a cool drink. Alternatively, there is a comfortable seating area shaded by a pergola and an outdoor kitchen including a brick BBQ, bread oven and sink. You can also enjoy your music wherever you are in the villa grounds with the outdoor speaker system (MP3 and iPhone compatible).
A short distance from the villa, down the steep hill towards Pefkos, is the local bakery offering a wide variety of delights and also a mini market. The nearest supermarket can be found just before the village of Kalathos. Nearby Lindos is a hive of small boutique shops and craft shops, for some serious retail therapy. Or, head north to the cosmopolitan Rhodes Town where you will find designer shops and well known high street brands.
