This cosy and affordable detached villa surrounded by forests, olive groves and vineyards is located in a wonderful and warm small “borgo” at only 27 kilometres from Firenze and in a perfect place for people looking to immerse themselves in the tranquility of unspoilt Tuscan countryside. At the same time it is a great base as well from which to explore all east and central Tuscany: Casentino National Park, Chiantishire, Valdarno Valley, Firenze, Mugello and Valdambra are less than an hour driving. The house is quite spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished, texture and fittings are of excellent standard. the verandah and the barbecue are perfect for outdoor summer fun, relaxing and dining with sun all day long. If guests do not feel like cooking, just at only 2 km there is a restaurant which proposes traditional Tuscan dishes. Swimming pool is open from 15TH of April till 31ST of October.

    “Sehr ruhige Lage auf einem Hügel neben dem Haus der Vermieter. Das Haus steht aber für sich alleine und ist eingezäunt, perfekt für Hunde! Die Aussicht ist einfach Traumhaft auf die Hügel und Berge und die nächstgelegene Stadt. Auch wenn man abseits liegt kommt man innerhalb Max. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto überall hin. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr schön und minimalistisch und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind so herzliche und nette Menschen die zum wiederkommen anregen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!”
