Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. The house and property have been owned by this family since 1879, when they were bought from the Church. Two years ago, a careful reconstruction of the house began while preserving the original architecture and today it is an elegant place for a relaxing holiday.The villa has 125 m2 with a covered terrace and barbecue and a table and chairs for dining. On the spacious garden terrace there is a pergola with garden furniture, ideal for a quiet and sumptuous breakfast. Below the terrace is a 9x4 meter pool with outdoor toilet and shower. The ground floor of the villa has a living room, kitchen and dining room with open fireplace, open to the garden terrace. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, WI-FI and Sonos audio system. An internal staircase leads to the upper floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. An air conditioning system is installed on the first and second floors. The villa is energy self-sustaining because it has a solar power supply of 5 kWh and it is necessary to carefully use larger electricity consumers. In order to provide guests with as intimate an atmosphere as possible, we offer a top chef who will introduce guests to the charms of Mediterranean cuisine. If guests do not want to go to a restaurant or have a special event for their friends and family, we advise you to hire a personal chef who will cook according to your wishes, every day of the holiday or only on certain days.Until 01.06. and from 01.09 pool heating is charged 200 eur per week.
