The villa is inside a residential complex, not far from the centre of Marina di Ragusa and the beach. It is in a quiet area in a good position to move by car and visit the main tourist sites in Val di Noto.

The villa consists of a living area and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A living room, surrounded by windows, with a view on the garden and the pool. It overlooks the terrace and is equipped with lounge, dining table, TV and satellite decoder.

The sleeping area offers three bedrooms: two twin bedrooms with access to the garden and a double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with tub, which offers a view on the pool and the garden.
