Our house is approx. 10 minutes from the town center and right next to the Karbachalm valley station (approx. 300m) - your entrance to one of the largest ski areas in the Salzburg region. You can easily reach both by foot.

Feel at home in our comfortable holiday apartments, in the middle of the mountain landscape. The apartments offer enough space for 2 to 4 people and pets are very welcome! Free internet is of course included.

Our 2nd ground floor apartment offers about 80 m² enough space for two to five people. The separate kitchen and the large living room have access to the garden and offer the opportunity for many beautiful moments together. In addition, the apartment has 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
