Magical moments are made from the moment you wake up until the time your head hits the pillow with magnificent uninterrupted sea views from this location. Enjoy two properties with six lovely bedrooms (Two with sea views) and beach themed styled living with a cosy log burner. Lazy around soaking up the sea breeze on the decking area with sheltered glass screen and take in those splendid 180 degree views of the beach, Baggy Point and toward Lundy Island.

Both properties are neighbouring on the same grounds and are set in one of the most desirable areas of Croyde with the Beach on your doorstep. Whether you want to have a family day on the beach or try your hand at surfing, you really couldn't be in a better position. The village is a short walk away with pubs and cafes to suit every taste, perfect for those lazy evenings where you don't feel like cooking.
Both properties can be booked individually as well as together.

PROPERTY (Beach Breeze)

Galley kitchen with free standing fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and a good supply of kitchen crockery, utensils and kitchenware.

Lounge with a large screen TV (with surround sound) for watching TV/DVD's, large sofa and dining table to seat 4.

• master bedroom - Kingsize bed on a mezzanine floor with a vaulted low head height apex ceiling, this creative use of space provides a lovely hideaway for couples to relax, 2 bedside glass tables, velux window, chair and chest of drawers.

• Bedroom Two - Twin Oak beds, bed side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers enjoying sea glimpses of Croyde beach.

Kitchen diner with a dual oven/grill, touch sensor hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine. A good supply of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware with BBQ tools. A wooden oval table with bench seating nestles in front of the picture window overlooking the beach.

Lounge with a large Smart LCD TV (surround sound) Netflix (subject to guest subscription) DVD player, music system and Wifi. Brickwork fireplace with a log burner for cosy nights in, 2 large brown sofas, coffee table, 2 tub chairs and French doors opening onto a small balcony terrace seating area for enjoying the wonderful views of Croyde Beach.

Shower room with large walk in shower, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail, wall mounted mirror and vanity storage unit.

• Bedroom Four - Twin beds, located on the ground floor (great for limited mobility). Freestanding full-length mirror, bedside table and wardrobe.

1ST FLOOR

• Master Bedroom - Superkingsize bed with a wonderful beach view! Bedside tables, small wardrobe, full length mirror and 2 tub chairs for enjoying peaceful moments.
• Bedroom Two - kingsize bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, full length mirror and hanging hooks. Enjoy lazy mornings in bed with a spectacular view of the beach at your feet!
• Bedroom Three - Twin beds, chest of drawers with TV and a bedside unit.

Family bathroom with a white suite; large corner shower, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail, wall mounted mirror and storage.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Stables has an impressive private decking area with glass panelling, wooden seating, tables and a brick-built BBQ. Enjoy the lovely landscaped grassed garden and unrivalled views of Croyde beach at 180 degrees. Outside tap and to the rear of the house is a shady area with hanging space for wetsuits and a small cupboard houses a tumble dryer.

BOOKING DETAILS:
It is not possible to add extras when booking via an advertising channel like this one, therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, these must be requested at the time of booking and paid for directly with Croyde Holidays Agency.

By making a booking via this channel we will require some extra booking details from you, this will be requested via email at the time of booking in order for us to finalize your provisional booking request.

HOLIDAY EXTRAS
• Late Departure (6pm) - £140 (short breaks departing on a Sunday)
• Travel Cot - (excludes linen)
Guest will be refunded the full amount of the booking fees (minus our Fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 2 months prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
Guest will be refunded 50% of the booking fees (minus our fees), if (s)he cancels the booking up to 1 month prior to his/her arrival (check-in) top Host’s accommodation.
All cancellations must take place by 12:00 (midday) according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
