    “Furnishing of the kitchen complete and very nice, the rest of the house old style, a lot of space (kitchen+dining room), squeaky floor on the first and second stories (not really disturbing). In the winter expect a minimum of 200 EUR for the heating costs. A grill is available in the backyard.”
