5 person holiday home in OSKARSHAMN

Take the chance to experience a holiday with the sea as your nearest neighbor, the house has its own sea plot with a unique location in Oskarshamn. As soon as you get up on the terrace you notice that the fantastic view of the bay / sea is strikingly beautiful. And the best thing is the feeling of being able to enjoy this in privacy. When you rent the house, 2 canoes and a rowing boat are included, so you can also explore the archipelago on your own. The house has a terrace facing the sea with dining table, fresh lounge furniture and sun loungers. A large private jetty / terrace with bathing ladder where you can sunbathe, fish or enjoy a cooling dip in the sea. You can also take the rowing boat out for a swim. The house has an open living area with dining area and living room where you have a wonderful view of the bay. There is a sofa, two armchairs and a large TV. Here you can light a fire and enjoy in front of the stove, firewood is included. Also from the kitchen you have the view and patio door to the terrace. There are 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One bedroom has a 1.20 bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 beds. The sleeping loft with a double bed is wonderfully nice and fresh. There is a steep staircase up to the sleeping loft. The toilet is equipped with sink, bath with shower and separate. NOTE not ordinary toilet. The seperate is nothing the guest needs to change. The house is fresh and nice with a simpler standard. The last 150 m to the house is a small, slightly difficult forest road. There is no major reason to look for other bathing places here, but if you want, there are plenty of wonderful bathing places in Oskarshamn, to give a few examples: Gunnarsö, Åsvallesund, Ladan and Havslätt. Dragskär, which is located a little outside the city, has the most beautiful sandy beach. From the house it is 4.7 km into the center of Oskarshamn with shops and restaurants. Restaurant Badholmen, like the house, has a fantastic view of the sea and good food. If you want a nice and popular dinner you can go to Torget Kök och Bar. Munthes also has good food, but above all wonderful drinks. Kråkan is also a popular restaurant. Oskarshamn has exercise trails, outdoor gym, outdoor / indoor paddle courts and a larger "Theme Playground". Do not miss the "old Oskarshamn" which is preserved in Besväret and Långa Soffan. Stensjöby with its wonderful nature trails in a preserved cultural landscape is a popular excursion destination. In summer, the ferry goes from Oskarshamn to Byxelkrok if you want to make a day trip to the wonderful island Öland. There are also boat trips to Oskarshamn pride island "Blå Jungfrun". You have 70 km to both Kalmar and Västervik and 80 km to Öland. Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren's world is 70 km away. The house is not rented to youth groups.
