What a location! This spacious apartment for four people is located very close to the Sacro Monte di Brissago, in a quiet street that leads directly to the sanctuary. It is a place of peace and strength in an exposed position above the lake. Ideal for people who are looking for something special.   The light-flooded 3.5 room domicile is located on the second floor of an exquisite property with three residential units. From your personal parking space directly at the house, you take the elevator to the top. Then only a few steps separate you and you are there, in your very own private vacation retreat with the lake at your feet.   No matter where you are in this elegantly designed apartment in beige and black - whether you are preparing dinner in the open kitchen, enjoying a glass of Ticino wine at the dining table, winding down the evening in the adjoining sofa corner or retiring to one of the two bedrooms - you always have a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountain panorama opposite. Large floor-to-ceiling windows grant you unique views - from every perspective.     “Aussicht auf See und Berge phantastisch.
    Küche und Essecke lassen keine Wünsche offen, nur der Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht.
    Das eine Sofa in der Sitzecke, war sehr unbequem, dünnes Sitzpolster.
    Schlaf- und Badezimmer gut eingerichtet. Einzig die Matratzen waren definitiv zu dünn. Der Lattenrost war deutlich spürbar nach ein paar Stunden schlafen.”
