It's a good hour's walk to the impressive Fort Lalatte, the castle that served as the setting for a number of adventure films. The tourist office offers guided excursions around the Cap, on foot, horseback or kayak, or you can explore the area along the famous GR 34 hiking trail along the coast. In Sables-d"Or-les-Pins there is a wide range of leisure and water sports such as golf, sailing, casino, Archery, restaurants and one of the loveliest beaches in Brittany stretching for 3km.
