Die sehr gepflegte und heimelige 2.5 Zimmer Ferienwohnung im Parterre bietet 43 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche.


Ein Doppelschlafzimmer, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine Kochecke, ein Bad, einen Gang mit Wandschrank, sowie direkten Zugang zum Garten mit Sonnenterasse. Dazu gehört ebenfalls ein Aussenparkplatz und ein eigener Briefkasten. Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, welche als Doppelbett oder als zwei Einzelbetten genutzt werden können. Wohnbereich mit Sofa und Sessel sowie Flachbildschirmfernseher mit Swisscom-TV und gratis WLAN. Essbereich mit Eckbank und Holztisch. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien (auch ein Milchschäumer ist vorhanden). Bad mit Badewanne. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Gartensitzplatz mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln sowie ein eigener Garten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und sonnig in Pontresina. Der Supermarkt Coop, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.


Die Wohnung befindet sich teilweise (Badezimmer) im UG des Hauses. Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Wohnung über keine Waschmöglichkeit verfügt. Eine Spülmaschine steht ebenfalls nicht zur Verfügung.
