    “Sehr schönes kernsaniertes Dorfhäuschen mitten im Ort gelegen. Stilvoll einrichtet, mit viel Antiquitäten und Kunst, sowie große Bibliothek mit italienischen, und einigen englischen, französischen und deutschen Büchern. Küche minimal aber ausreichend ausgestattet. 50 m zur Promenade. Mit Seeblick (Ausschnitt durch die Gassen und über die Dächer hinweg).
    Einziger Nachteil: das Dach ist nicht isoliert, so dass das oberste Geschoss (Wohnzimmer, kleine Terrasse, Bad) bei Hitze im Sommer auch abends quasi nicht zu nutzen ist.”
