4-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper floor. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the patio. 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, bath/shower/WC. Oil heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (5). Beautiful view of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage. Camp Rabassa: House " Villa Marc", 2 storeys. In the resort 2 km from the centre of L'Escala, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 700 m from the beach. Private: garden (fenced) wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, single garage. Grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar 700 m, sandy beach "Platja de Riells", diving center 1 km. Sports harbour 1 km. Nearby attractions: Ruinas greco-romanas d'Empuries 3.7 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 26 km, Parque acuatico Aquabrava de Roses 27 km, Skydive Empuriabrava 23 km, Casino-Festival de Perelada 30 km, Pitch and Putt Gualta - 18 hoyos 15 km.     “Lage: Ruhig, aber fußläufig (15 Min.) zum Stadtstrand gelegen.
    Zustand: Außenanlage sehr gepflegt, sauber, hier und da altersgemäße Spuren (Macken in den Fliesen, „Kofferschrammen“ an den Waenden)
    Ausstattung: „Zweckmäßig“ -> es ist alles da, was man grds. braucht. Zu viel sollte man aber nicht erwarten. Bspw. eine moderne Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst. Die vorhandene Filterkaffeemaschine brauchte trotz Entkalkung und Reinigung ewig fuer eine Kanne Kaffee.”

    “Leuk vakantiehuis, met omheinde ruime tuin en prive zwembad. Interieur is wat aan vervanging toe. Servies etc. Beetje rommelig. Bedden niet optimaal voor dit geld.”

    “The Villa was beautiful. The pool was amazing. There was everything you needed for your stay. We had tables & chairs outside along with loungers. Cushions for the loungers would’ve been nice. There is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach & restaurants & a 30-40 minute walk to the far part where there are more restaurants. We put our hire car in the garage.
    We had to drive to the shop in town (5-10min) to pick up the keys to the Villa. It would’ve been better if there was a key safe at the Villa so we could go in immediately.”
