The apartment is located directly on Lake Maggiore, on the lake promenade of Brissago, just a stone's throw from the harbor, and offers you fantastic views of the lake and mountain panorama from almost all rooms as well as the terrace.
As soon as you open the apartment door, the Mediterranean flair of your vacation domicile welcomes you. The center of non-smoking apartment is the beautifully cut living room with dining area and a direct access to the spacious terrace, where you can live and relax all day. Whether it's yoga in the morning, sunbathing in one of the deck chairs, an aperitivo to welcome the evening or a romantic candlelit dinner - the choice is yours! All the while, the Lago is always at your feet.

It's getting late? Then retire to one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. And after a restful night, the lake is already smiling at you, because even while preparing breakfast in the large, well-equipped kitchen, you have its brilliant blue in view. Vintage fans will be thrilled by the bathroom and guest toilet in the top-maintained 1980s look.
The brilliant location, the indoor swimming pool belonging to the house, which will be completely renovated in winter 2022/23, and the upscale furnishings of the apartment create the perfect setting for wonderfully relaxing vacations.
The gate in the well-kept garden, which belongs to the property, you can easily open with the front door key and thus have direct access to the lake and the promenade.
A grocery store, a bakery, several restaurants as well as a bar, which among other things offers delicious croissants, are only a few steps away. Ideal conditions also for guests who are not so good on foot. A parking lot is reserved for you directly at the house. An elevator will take you comfortably to the fourth floor without climbing stairs.
Another tip: If you want to learn more about the life and work of the Italian composer Ruggero Leoncavallo, it is not far. The museum of the same name is very close by.
