Here you will stay near a very beautiful hiking area around the Ermita San Sebastian with an excellent restaurant. The house has a sheltered location in winter, enjoys a refreshing sea breeze in summer, several terraces with sun and shade, swimming pool, children's swings and outdoor showers. In the house is an elevator, barbecue can be organized by arrangement.

You will enjoy a beautiful view over the whole area, from the Ebro Delta to Vinaròs, Benicarló, Peníscola and the Sierra Irta to the mountains inland. Directly in the area you can enjoy cycling and mountain biking, only the last piece uphill to the house is difficult, but with an electric bike a breeze.

You are only 10 minutes by car from Golf Panoramica, a highly recommended golf resort, and 5 minutes from Vinaros Tennis Park with a large swimming pool and many other facilities.

In 20 minutes you are in the mountainous hinterland, where many mountain walks are tempting. The excellent traditional restaurants, where very fine food can be enjoyed at acceptable prices, are also worth a visit. In a few minutes by car you can also reach the beaches and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.
