    “Positiv: L'appartement est très bien situé, à q pas du madison square garden et 300 m de penn station, 20 min à pied de Time square. L'appartement est spacieux. Literie correcte. Rose mary, la propriétaire était réactive vs nos demandes par mail et très sympathique. L'appartement est calme et ne donne pas sur la rue et à qq pas de restaurants et commerces Negativ: Appartement mal insonorisé vs la voisine du dessus, chauffage très bruyant sans possibilité de le couper, qq pb de coupures d'eau chaude qui ont été réglé au bout de 2 jours, SDB un peu vétuste, manquait qq couverts (2 petites cuillères pour 4) Restaurant: NY Pizza sup - Très bonne pizza à la part, pate fine et bonne garniture Ausflüge: The edge - Avancée sur une terrasse pour partie transparente à 300 m de haut. A 10 minutes de l'appartement”
