Super lovely holiday home with sea views from the terrace (renovated in 2019). Good and quiet location that suits a small family who are looking for a relaxing holiday with peace and quiet.
Perfect accommodation for an older couple or the small family. You will live next to the owner's own house on the same plot.
The holiday home is about 45 m2 with an associated extra room of about 14 m2, where up to 4 people can stay. The floor plan of the home is a connected kitchen and living room. Dining area in the room and a sofa bed for 2 people. Bedroom without a door with 2 single beds. There are also beds in the extra room, but the maximum number of guests is still 4.
There is a pump for heating or cooling depending on season and temperature. Kitchen area with a fridge and freezer, a stove, a microwave etc. Through the patio doors you come out to a nice terrace (approx. 20 m2) facing west. From the terrace you have a view over the sea and Kalmar Sound!
Wifi is included and in addition to the free Swedish channels, the TV also has connection via wifi (smart TV). Highchair and cot are available.
You have about 5 km to Färjestaden. The nearest swimming pool is in Eriksöre (a little over 2 km away). To Borgholm you have about 30 km and to beautiful Ottenby about 40 km. Via the free Öland Bridge to and from the mainland and the lovely city of Kalmar, it is about 20 km. Bus connections are available for those traveling without a car.
