A new family villa located in a superb position just 200m from Gale beach and 50m from the Apolonia supermarket and just a few minutes walk from some superb local restaurants. It offers good outdoor space, great pool area, surrounded by lawns and the benefits of air-conditioning make this your perfect villa escapes in the Algarve.
On the ground floor there's a bright open-plan lounge, dining room which is a really cool and light space due to patio doors which lead to the pool. Lounge furniture includes a comfy sofa and armchair, a TV and DVD player showing a selection of English channels, and, in the dining area, a wood and glass table and chairs and also benefits from free air-conditioning. Also, on the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table. On this floor are two double bedrooms sharing one family bathroom.
To the first floor you will find two further bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom all of which have their own en-suite bathrooms.
Outside, there's a large terrace with high quality wooden dining furniture, and a brick-built barbecue oven. The magnificent swimming pool has Roman steps leading into the shallow end.
Villa Praia da Gale is a superb house in a great location and is perfect for a holiday with friends and family just a short walk to lots of good local restaurants and the best beach in the area, Gale beach.
