Im Herzen der Provence, zwischen Meer und Bergen, liegen sechs ebenerdige Ferienwohnungen auf einem 6000m² großen Grundstück, welches von einem Pinienwald umgeben ist.
Ihnen stehen sechs Ferienhäuser (jeweils Doppelhaushälften) mit ein beziehungsweise zwei Schlafzimmern und jeweils einer doppelten Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Jedes Ferienhaus wurde liebevoll und mit Sorgfalt eingerichtet. Ein LCD-Fernseher sowie ein DVD Player sind neben einer reversiblen Klimaanlage und einem WLAN-Internetzugang vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Außerdem können auf Anfrage ein oder zwei Babybetten und Hochstühle bereitgestellt werden. Unabhängig davon können je nach Ferienhaus bis zu vier beziehungsweise sechs Personen untergebracht werden.
Genießen Sie das kühle Nass des 11m x 5,50 m großen Swimmingpools, den Sie gemeinsam mit anderen Gästen der Anlage nutzen können. Das azurblaue Wasser und der Pinienwald, der an den Pool angrenzt, bieten Ihnen ein erholsames Bild und laden zum süßen Nichtstun ein. Lassen Sie sich von dem Gesang der Zikaden besänftigen und faulenzen Sie am Schwimmbecken. Der Pool ist mit einem Alarm gesichert. Man erreicht ihn durch ein kleines Törchen, was den Zugang für kleine Kinder erschwert. Unterhalb des Pools befindet sich außerdem ein Spielbereich für Groß und Klein, mit einer Tischtennisplatte sowie einem Bouleplatz. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingefriedet und mit einem elektronischen Türschloss gesichert. Rund um das Grundstück befindet sich ein maritimer Pinienwald sowie mediterrane Pflanzen wie Lavendel, Rosmarin und Heiligenkraut. Jedes Ferienhaus verfügt über einen Parkplatz. Zudem haben Sie ein kleines Stück des weitläufigen, bepflanzten Grundstücks mit einer Terrasse für sich alleine zur Verfügung. Es gibt außerdem eine gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Waschküche, in der eine Waschmaschine, ein Wäschetrockner, ein Bügelbrett sowie ein Bügeleisen vorhanden sind.
Die Anlage mit den Ferienhäusern befindet sich ungefähr einen Kilometer entfernt von dem Dorf Montauroux, weit entfernt von großen Verkehrsachsen. Ihre Einkäufe können Sie anderthalb Kilometer weiter erledigen. Bis nach Cannes fahren Sie ungefähr 30 Minuten mit dem Auto.

The south-facing swimming pool has generous (11 X 5,50m) dimensions.
Azur blue water and the pine forest facing the overdrop offers total relaxation lulled by the sound of cicadas whilst lazing around the pool. The pool has an alarm system (conforming to French law) to prevent accidents and is accessed by a small gate to prevent young children using it without parental supervision.
THE GARDEN
The property is enclosed and accessed by security code.
The garden is very natural and the property is surrounded by a forest of sky-reaching maritime pines. If you are silent and patient squirrels can be observed nibbling the pine cones.
The bank and small rockeries have been planted with Mediterranean scented flora and fauna – rosemary, lavender and santolines.
