    “Hübsch eingerichtete 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Küche (ohne Tageslicht) und Bad im 2. Obergeschoss. Sehr großer Balkon. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist Spitze. Viel Wert wird auf Sicherheit gelegt (Haustür elektronisch zu öffnen, mehrere Sperrriegel). Das Anwesen hat zwei ausreichende Parkflächen innerhalb der Umzäunung und die Einfahrt ist durch ein automatisches Tor gesichert.
    Keine Wohnung gleicht der anderen. Balkone und Fenster sind so angelegt, dass man sich gegenseitig nicht stören kann.”
