Comfortable villa with pool and seaview at the Costa Blanca

The villa is located in Calpe. The urbanization of Maryvilla is a residential and quiet area, situated about 3 km from the center of Calpe and the sandy beach of Arenal-bol.



It is an attractive villa for six persons with private swimming pool and ideal for families liking quiet vacations. The living space is about 110 m². The pleasant villa is built on two floors communicating outside. The main entrance at the high level can be reached by a staircase. On this floor you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and the living and dining room with the american kitchen. The terrace and the pool are also located on this level. The living and dining room is equipped with satellite tv, radio and air-condition and has a view on Peñon of Ifach, with access to the terrace and to the swimming pool. One bedroom has a double bed and a cupboard, one bedroom has two individual beds and a cupboard. The bathroom on this floor has a bath, a toilet and a washing machine. The american kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kitchenware. Internet (WiFi) access is available. On the lower level (access by outside staircase) you will find one bedroom with two individual beds and a cupboard. From this room, you have a view on the mountains. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also available on this floor.



The villa has a covered terrace with seaview and mountainview. The ground is about 850 m² large. Outside, you will enjoy the private swimming pool (8x4 metres) with a roman staircase. On the terrace, you will find space for sunbathing on deckchairs (six available) and an outside shower. Parking space is always available at the free parking zone on the street .



There are mosquito nets in the rooms. In the bedrooms you will enjoy top-quality bedding.



A short distance allows you to reach easily the center of Calpe (3 km) as well as the sandy beach, supermarket ("mas y mas" - 2,3 km), tennis club (1 km) etc.

    “Gezellige villa met een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen en op de peñon de Ifag. Voor rustzoekers. Wel verplicht een auto huren, want er is niets op wandelafstand.”

    “Sehr schön an einem der Hügel über Calpe gelegen, so dass sowohl romantische Sonnenaufgänge, über dem Mittelmeer, das nächtliche Calpe, der Blick auf die Berge und Calpes charakteristischen Felsen im Meer, dem Ilfach faszinieren.
    Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt, Pool mit Liegen und Auflagen, mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und Essplätze, beschattet oder auch sonnig, je nach Wunsch.
    Da es eine Waschmaschine, sowie einen Wäschetrockenplatz gibt, kann man das Gepäck auf das Nötigste beschränken.
    Die Küche ist sehr zweckmäßig und dennoch komfortabel ausgestattet. Falls man selbst kochen möchte gibt es Gasherd, Mikrowelle/Grill, darüber hinaus im Außenbereich einen sauberen Grill mit allem Zubehör. Frische Produkte kann man in Calpe in mehreren Supermärkten oder in kleineren Geschäften sowie sonnabends im Ort zum Markttag erwerben.
    Wer mit dem Flieger anreist hat die Wahl zwischen Valencia oder Alicante. Beide Orte bieten dem Besucher viel Interessantes.”

    “Een geweldige twee weken hebben wij gehad.
    Mooie ligging. Na één jaar hard werken, kom je hier helemaal tot rust.
    Het uitzicht is zo geweldig.
    Het huis is van alles voorzien.
    Heerlijke bedden, met eindelijk eens goede matrassen.
    Alles in de keuken is aanwezig, geweldige grote BBQ.
    Overal zitjes.
    Groot schoon zwembad.
    Je hoort wel de weg, maar daar hadden wij geen last van.
    Je hebt wel een auto nodig
    Veel in de omgeving te bekijken
    Wij komen zeker terug hier
    Top voor de eigenaar :) :)”

    “Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Top!!! Die Kommunikation ist schnell und einwandfrei. Das einzige ist, dass wir gerne gewusst hätten, wie der Müll so getrennt wird? Wir hatten einen Mülleimer für alles, aber es waren außer Haus auf den Straßen gelbe, blaue und graue Müllbehälter. Wir haben dann auch den Müll getrennt, es wäre schön, wenn es schon im Haus die Mülltrennung geben könnte.
    Das Licht in der Küche war immer an, wir haben keinen Schalter dafür gefunden, um es auszuschalten; es musste halt immer brennen. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind super schön. Bei der Lage braucht man immer einen Mietwagen; es wäre gut, wenn dies gleich in der Objektbeschreibung erwähnt wird. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Objekt buchen und wir freuen uns schon drauf.”
