Distinguished holiday home with a pool and a large garden in a natural setting

This spacious holiday home is located five kilometres from Uzès in a natural setting.

The 150 m² house was renovated, leaving beams and stones exposed. All rooms are south facing, except for the bathroom and the toilet, which face north. On the ground floor, you will find the bright living room with its two openings to the outside. It is furnished with a three seater sofa and two armchairs. To the right, you will find the fireplace, then the TV corner with international channels (German), the bookshelves with a stereo and the wooden staircase leading to the top floor. On the right, you will find the well equipped kitchen, furnished with a large table and all necessary appliances (refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a three burner gas stove and an electric burner, a large electric oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster). To the right of the kitchen, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and the bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. There are a total of three bedrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 160 cmbed and a spacious wardrobe. It offers access to a balcony which is furnished with a table and two chairs. The other two bedrooms offer two 90 cm beds each. One of them offers a large wardrobe with shelves. The other one has a wardrobe in the hallway. The bathroom boasts a bathtub. The toilet is separate.

Outside, in the pool area, there are sun loungers as well as outdoor furniture with two tables. The pool house boasts a toilet and a barbecue. There is a drying rack in the garage and outside. The enclosed garden is ideal for pets and children. The pool is surrounded by olive trees, flowers and vine. Generally, the pool is usable from mid-March through mid-October. The country manor has a 5000 m², fully enclosed garden, where you can pick fruits and veg when in season (grapes, apricots, figs, tomatoes).

Discover the surrounding heather on the circular hiking and bicycling route near the house. You can find numerous shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries, open daily, in town.

    “The upstairs bathroom which should service 3 bedrooms, and potentially 6 people comprises of a small bath with a hand held shower. A full shower in that space would be much better and more cost effective. The en-suite bathroom downstairs was far too small. Positiv: The property was really well equipped and very clean. The owner was helpful. Negativ: The bathrooms were disappointing and there was no information about the property or services in the area, such as doctor’s, hospital, contact numbers etc”

    “Helemaal het grote domein is afgesloten zodat je gerust uw honden thuis kan laten wanneer je een boodschap gaat doen, een heel gezellige slaapkamer boven, een goede houtkachel voor de frisse avonden.
    Rustig gelegen, vlakbij het dorp maar toch op de buiten.”
