Bungalow with large garden, just a few minutes from the sea
The holiday home, in a quiet residential area, is about two minutes away from the sea.
The bright house is on an area of 250 square metres and offers three bedrooms with windows and built-in cupboards. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds. Furthermore, two fully equipped bathrooms are available, along with an additional toilet in the outdoor area. The bright living room does not just contain a bed, but also book shelves and a television. A fireplace provides both the living room and in the kitchen with pleasant warmth, in addition to normal heating. In summer, the corresponding airconditioning ensures freshness. The fully-equipped and bright kitchen offers a fridge and deep freezer along with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher on 25 sqm of space. A washing machine and dryer are also on site. There is WIFI in the house.
The 400 sqm private garden is laid out with a lawn, a fish pond with water lilies, a grill/barbecue and a terrace, which invites sunbathing and outdoor dining .
The beach is about 300 metres away and can be reached on foot in roughly 5 minutes. Restaurants, shopping possibilities, supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacconist, public swimming pool, sports possibilities are just a few meters away. The nearby wood is ideal for walks. Excursions to other quiet beaches are possible in just a few minutes, within a radius of around 10 km with no hotels or other noise disturbances.
