Villa with a pool and a roofed terrace surrounded by nature
The villa is in the village of Pifari, in a quiet area on the edge of the village.
This villa was built in the style of a country house, with traditional materials and architecture, and offers all the necessary conveniences for a relaxing holiday away from the hecticness of modern life. The rooms are spread over two floors. The ground floor has a spacious living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV with satellite reception, and two sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, four-ring stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and fridge-freezer. There is also a dining table for ten people.
The large hallway leads to two bedrooms, of which one has a double bed and the other has two single beds, each with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds and each with a balcony, as well as an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The villa has a games room with a table tennis table, darts board and table football. Wireless Internet access is also available.
Outside there is a large, roofed terrace with a grill and a separate toilet. The site of 1800m² is fenced and has its own 8 x 4m pool. Here you can enjoy the fresh air whilst grilling by the pool with your family under the centuries-old olive trees.
The seaside at Rovinj is about 18km away, about a 20-minute drive. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants about 5km away.
