In this very unique holiday home, built in 2012, you can enjoy your vacation literally on the water!

The house floats on the river Maas, amid beautiful natural settings. The luxury house rises and falls with the changing water levels. At low tide, the house almost rests on the ground. You can reach the house via a pedestrian bridge leading to the pier. Inside the house, you'll find spacious rooms with classy furniture. The large windows in the living room offer a wonderful view of the lake. The spacious living room has a raised ceiling. The sliding doors in the living room open out to the furnished balcony where you can experience the life on the water up-close. The living room, kitchen and toilet are located on the first floor. There are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a second toilet in the basement.

The private dock is located directly next to the house, so your boat is always nearby. Hence, you can enjoy a scenic boat ride through the pristine lakes of the Maasplassen area, as often as you want. The Maasplassen is a very popular water sports area in Netherlands.

The house is located almost on the border with Belgium, so you can easily explore both Netherlands as well as Belgium. In The Netherlands, you can visit the white town of Thorn, the historical towns of Maastricht and Roermond as well as the De Meinweg and De Groote Peel National Parks. Cyclists can visit Linner Weerd, a beautiful natural area. In Belgium, you can visit Maaseik, the Burgundian city of Hasselt and the De Hoge Kempen National Park. The German border is just around 15 km away.
