The apartments are part of historic, renovated houses in the heart of the medieval village. The village built in a typical Ligurian style lies on the crest of a hill, like a lizard basking in the sun.

The family-run tourist enterprise offers cosy, comfortable holiday apartments that have been thoughtfully decorated and can accommodate two to six people.


Some of the apartments feature a terrace with sea or mountain views, and a parking space. One apartment even has a garden with sea views.

The accommodation is completely and thoughtfully furnished. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, central heating, a modern bathroom and a washing machine. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Cots and highchairs are available on request. Pets are welcome. Free Internet access is available in all the apartments.

Holiday apartment in a traffic-free area in a small medieval village

The apartment is located on a light and broad street in the village, in a car-free area.

The owners live on the first floor of the same house and will be happy to assist guests in any way they can. Casa Bottega is very light and in on one floor only, therefore suitable for elderly people and small children. Casa Bottega is the newest holiday apartment at Casa Vacanze Oliveto and its completely new interior and fittings provide a high level of comfort. The apartment has a kitchen-living room, accessed directly from the main entrance, with a sofa bed, TV and comfortable reading corner. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a modern bunk bed. Double doors divide the living area from the bathroom and the two bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Wireless Internet, a stereo system and satellite TV are provided.
There are parking spaces near the house, just a few metres away. There is not terrace, but the entrance door can be fully opened for you to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere.

The house is located in the historic centre of the medieval village of Lingueglietta, just ten minutes from the sea. It is on a slight elevation and is surrounded by olive trees. It is about 6km from the coast, near many famous places on the Riviera dei Fiori and the Cote d’Azur, such as Nice, Monte Carlo, Dolceacqua, la Valle delle Meraviglie, Sanremo, Triora, le Grotte di Toirano. In the village there are a pizzeria and two restaurants, as well as a grocery shop open from Monday to Friday, 8.00 to 12.00. The village is very small and you can cross it in five minutes on foot. The nearest large supermarkets are in San Lorenzo al Mare (6km) and in Santo Stefano (10km, Lidl), and there is a large shopping centre in Arma Taggia (15km, Conad – Leclerc – Euronice).

    “Die Wohnung war nett eingerichtet und sauber sowie gut ausgestattet. Was uns gefehlt hat war, dass die Wohnung keinen Balkon hat und ein wenig dunkel ist. Die Internetverbindung Wlan war sehr schwach. Die Vermieter-Familie sind sehr nett und Hilfsbereit.”

    “Sehr moderne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr viel Stauraum, große Kleiderschränke. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Fliesen ausgelegt, was auch für Hundebesitzer ideal ist. 2 Schlafzimmer, davon eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit Etagenbett (3 Betten) und ein Schlafsofa für 2 Personen in Küche/Wohnzimmer. Der Ansprechpartner spricht Englisch und ist sehr freundlich, An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert. Sehr nette Nachbarn in der kleinen Gasse, in der die Ferienwohnung liegt und im ganzen Ort. Wir wurden überall sehr freundlich empfangen.”
