These two holiday houses are nestled into the hilly landscape of Vrbovica bay on the green and sunny Croatian island of Korcula in the Adriatic, in front of the coast of southern Dalmatia, and offer ideal holiday accommodation for a relaxing beach holiday far away from tourist noise.
The holiday houses are far enough apart to ensure pleasant privacy and they benefit from and enclosed, thoughtfully planted garden. It is only about 50 metres to the beach. It is only about 150 metres to the nearest restaurants, colourful markets and shops in the little village of Zrvono. It is about 3km to the medieval old town of Korcula with its romantic, narrow little alleys, old churches, the famous and imposing town wall, and cosy cafés and restaurants. Korcula, also called “Little Dubrovnik” is considered amongst insiders as one of the most beautiful towns in Dalmatia and is worth a visit, not only because of the sandy beach with crystal clear water (the Luka Korculanska bay) within walking distance of the centre.
Modern and comfortably furnished holiday house for up to four people, with an outdoor rain shower and a pond, and a traditional stone grill on the generous, private sun terrace.
Wide stone stairs lead from the shared garden up to your holiday house with the enclosed sun terrace in front of it. It has a living and dining room with an integrated kitchen unit, a bedroom and a luxuriously fitted bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides a sofa and coffee table, a digital flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a USB port, a radio and a dining table with chairs. Right next to it there is the kitchen unit with a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bedroom provides a double bed (160 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (120 x 200cm). The very modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and hand towels are provided and free and reliable wireless Internet access is available.
The living room opens onto the private sun terrace, furnished with a table and chairs. The big, traditional stone grill invites you to spend long evenings under a starry sky. The outdoor shower designed like a waterfall is also very convenient. You can withdraw during the hot midday hours with a good book to a shady spot under the trees and let your mind wander. There are secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
