This holiday apartment is located in a luxurious apartment complex, only about 200 meters from the sea and the 14 kilometre long, excellent beach of Guardamar del Segura. This penthouse apartment has a living space of about 134 m² and is located on the fourth floor. An elevator is available. The apartment has three patios, all offering sea views. The big patio also offers views onto Guardamar and the mountains.
The apartment has an entrance area, a living room with seating accommodation, a satellite television, a radio, a CD and DVD player, a dining area with a table and chairs and a patio (ca 12 m²). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher and an induction cooker with oven and grill, providing you with all necessities for a comfortable stay. There is also a patio of approximately 6 m². One bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a patio and the master bedroom offers a double bed, a bathroom, a wardrobe and a patio. Furthermore, there is a large patio of about 27 m² with a wardrobe, a washing machine and a hot water heater. Below the building, you will find a lockable garage. During the main season, the arrival day is always Saturday.
You have access to the beautiful community pool of about 500 m², which comes with a separate kiddie pool. There is a lifeguard on duty. As part of the pool area, there is also a first-aid station, a bar and a restaurant, changing rooms, toilets, showers, as well as sun shades and sun loungers. The pool is open from June 1th, until September 30th.
It is about 200 meters to the beach, which offers a gradually deepening sea, making it safe for children. There are two bars, a restaurants, sun loungers and canopy beds on the beach. Guardamar is a lively beach town with year round mild climate. The temperature rarely drops below 20 degrees and it rarely rains (microclimate). Many restaurants, supermarkets, beautiful boulevards and a yacht harbour can be found in the surrounding area.
