Dieses alte mallorquinische Haus mit einem alten Mühlenturm ist ideal für alle, die die Ruhe genießen wollen. Gelegen ist es in einer ländlichen Gegend in der Nähe des Meeres und mit Blick auf die Berge. Es verfügt über einen großen Garten mit Liegewiese und sonnigem Pool von 5 x 10 Metern. Das Haus ist ideal für einen romantischen Urlaub. Es ist einen halben Kilometer von Santa Margarita und zehn Kilometer von Can Picafort entfernt. Unerlässlich ist hier ein Auto.
Das Haus besteht nur aus dem Erdgeschoss. Eingerichtet ist es u.a. mit einem Sofa und einem Schlafsofa; im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett, dazu steht ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist mit einer Arbeitsplatte, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer können ein Fernseher mit internationalen Programmen, ein Radio mit CD-Player sowie das Internet genutzt werden. Das Bad ist als Duschbad gestaltet.
