The house belongs to an excellent location right on the beach Tejita and not least by its exclusive equipment with a landscaped garden and two pools in the complex to the cottages of the highest class. To the long and fine sandy beach just a few meters to run and can all sports offered by the Atlantic Ocean, active exercise there: surfing, kite surfing, scuba diving and much more.
The pool, the children's pool (depth: 0.30 m) (depth 1,40 m) and an adult pool offers, is just a few meters from the house entrance.
You can download the evenings with a glass of wine just relax on the terrace while enjoying the sounds of the ocean. There are no annoying discos or night traffic, as the house protected and very quiet situated by the sea.
You can wake up in the morning and while you are in bed, you can enjoy the view of the ocean through the window!
Downstairs there is a cozy living room with flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living area is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all cooking utensils you need for a comfortable holiday. There is also a small bathroom on the ground floor. From the living room you go to the terrace, which offers a breathtaking sea view and a beautiful view to the Montaña Roja (Red Mountain). There you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets in the evening with a glass of wine and relax to the sound of the sea.
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. Both bedrooms have a fantastic sea view, so that you can enjoy from the view of the ocean from the bed - pure luxury!
There is also a roof terrace which offers breathtaking views over the rooftops and especially a view of the mountains and to the Teide - Spain's highest mountain.
You can mild and warm temperatures of 20 - 30 degrees and can enjoy on the Teide see how there is snow in the winter months.
The upper floor has a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On a clear day you can see the neighboring island of Gran Canaria. There is a washing machine, the additional charge our guests.
The Villa Casa Maravillosa situated in a beautiful location right by the sea and just a few meters from the sandy beach Playa Tejita. The beach is right in front of the house, so all sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing, karting and golf can be used in the immediate vicinity.
The complex is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean between El Médano and Los Abrigos and is only separated by a few steps from the long sandy beach. Both active vacationers and sportsmen, but also families with children, will come at their expense and a dreamlike getaway - closer to the sea is actually no longer!
Shopping facilities are nearby, there is a large Mercadona supermarket in Los Abrigos and also in El Medano, there are several supermarkets.
Also very good fish restaurants are located in the vicinity.
