Pleasant Apartment in El Poblenou with Terrace and Garden

This holiday apartment is in a completely renovated industrial building. The apartment itself was fully refurbished in 2005 using an artful combination of modern features and traditional style. The building is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Barcelona’s Sant Martí district, only a few minutes’ walk away from the beach and from Barcelona’s Olympic port.

Quiet and spacious tourist accommodation type loft, accessible for people with reduced mobility, with terrace, near the beach of Barcelona.

It is a residential building, therefore, groups of teenagers are not accepted.



This bright 88 m² holiday apartment consists of one large room that features cleverly arranged areas that have been partitioned of with the aid of furniture and rounded arches. When you enter the apartment you will find yourself in the modern kitchen, equipped with cooker, mini oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a microwave. The kitchen area also has a dining table and chairs for gathering over meals. You walk through the kitchen to get into the living area furnished with a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two people when folded out (1.60 m x 2.00 m), digital television, DVD player and a stereo complete with CD player. This room also hosts the sleeping area with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and chest of drawers. You can use a folding screen to section off the sleeping area. The adjacent bathroom is separated from the rest of the room by a frosted glass sliding door. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, sink and toilet and also connects the large room to another room which is furnished with one more sofa bed (1.05 m x 2.00 m) and an extra bed measuring 0.85 m x 1.90 m. This room is also separated from the bathroom by a sliding door. A washing machine and an iron are available to you during your stay. The apartment has WLAN access with 30 MB data volume included in the rental price.



The living area enjoys direct access to the apartment’s terrace equipped with seating facilities. Parking spaces can be rented for days or weeks at a crossing from the apartment online at openpark.co. TALENT GARDEN BCN Building Car Parking at C / Ramon Turró 169.



The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the sea and to Barcelona’s Olympic port. In the surrounding area you find various supermarkets and a weekly market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. There also are various restaurants and bars nearby. Barcelona offers numerous cultural and historical attractions. The Gothic quarter, as one example, is only three metro stations away from your nearest station which you find close to the apartment.

    “Leider waren wir vom gebuchten Objekt enttäuscht und können die aufgeführte Information nicht bestätigen. Die Bilder geben eine helle und gepflegte Räumlichkeit vor welche wir leider vor Ort nicht angetroffen haben. Die Loft war dunkel,
    etwas zu vollgestellt und auch nicht sauber übergeben worden. Auch war ein unangenehmer Geruch bei der Bettwäsche vorhanden welcher nach Rücksprache auf Desinfizierungsmittel zurückgeführt wurde.”

    “Great place to stay and plenty of shops nearby! Metro station is not far either! Positiv: The location and size of the place is perfect for 2 people however you can have upto 6 people really Negativ: The place including the bathroom could do with a refurbishment”

    “The Poblenou area is the very best neighborhood to stay if you want to be where the locals are. This location is just minutes to the bus stop, beach, bakeries, grocer and lots of local, not chain, shops. The apartment is spacious, very clean and has an amazing outside terrace to just relax. You will have everything you need and more! We definitely will be back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay! ️ Positiv: The warmth and welcoming of the owners was extra special, it was not transactional. The location was perfect, my favorite of all my stays in Barcelona. It is spacious and the outside terrace is amazing. The apartment was stocked with everything you need, plus more!”

    “Het appartement was top! Het zag er precies zo uit zoals op de fotos, en meer. Toen we aankwamen waren de eigenaresse en haar zoon er, haar zoon hielp mee met de spullen uit de auto halen en ging daarna mee met een van ons om de auto weg te zetten in de garage bij hun appartement, waar hij veilig zou staan (10 min. lopen). De eigenaresse zelf legde alles uit waar alles lag. Er was zelfs wasmiddel voor de wasmachine en vaatwastabletten, daarnaast stond er een grote fles water in de koelkast. Wat betreft de andere materialen was alles goed geregeld, er waren ruim genoeg handdoeken en ook nog extra beddengoed. In de douche stond shampoo en douchegel, verschillende soorten, ook toiletpapier was op voorraad. Het strand was maar 5 minuten lopen dus dit was top, en ook hiervoor waren er materialen zoals een parasol om te gebruiken. Kortom het was een fantastische accomodaties en we zullen dit zeker aanbevelen aan anderen.”
