Maintained private bungalow near Valle San Lorenzo, with a large terrace, tropical garden and sea view

This lovingly furnished bungalow with its tropical private garden in the sunspoilt south of Tenerife has living space of 70 sqm. The house is situated in a quiet residential complex, where locals and residents mainly live, about 1 km from Valle San Lorenzo in a beautiful, very quiet and well maintained urban area with lush tropical plants and palm trees. Here you will find what you want for a holiday in the south: Over 300 days of sunshine a year, about 350 rain-free days and a mild low-irritant climate, which lives up to Tenerife’s name as the “island of eternal spring”.

The house has been completely renovated and furnished in a modern way. All the details have been tastefully coordinated and form a harmonious overall picture. Lots of light, a spacious feel to the rooms, plus cosiness through colour and comfort are at the forefront. The furnishings are of high quality, as you should not lack anything. The bungalow has living space of 70 sqm, a large living room, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a good, firm mattress (180x200), a new fitted kitchen with a Ceran hob and dishwasher, and a bathroom with a tub / shower, all on one level. The living room is separated from the terrace by a sliding glass door. Thus, the living room, terrace and garden seemingly flow seamlessly into one another. This conservatory effect ideally gives you a lot of light in the room during every season and an unobstructed view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, so that you can also enjoy restful sleep during the somewhat hotter temperatures. Equally, the air-conditioner can heat the room on cooler days in winter. You can also enjoy the open view of the Atlantic and the small private garden from the spacious bedroom.

Parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

You can reach the holiday home via a narrow street, a footpath of about 20 metres. When you open the wrought-iron entrance, you step into a tropical front garden with tree-streltzia, bougainvillea, hibiscus, Cala, wild poinsettia and a large orange tree. Behind it is this nest, with a large, secluded terrace, which faces south/east on two levels, has also been abundantly replanted and has a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Although you will be staying in a quiet and exclusive residential area, all the southern beaches, many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, the lively nightlife of Las Americas, several amusement parks and access roads to the most popular hiking areas are in the direct vicinity.

    “Très bien dans l'ensemble, peut être une suggestion un micro-ondes serait le bienvenu car pour nous touristes, il est plus facile et plus rapide de réchauffer que de passer du temps à cuisiner. Une surprise agréable les ingrédients de cuisine ainsi que lesaccessoires de plage sont laissés par les différents locataires et c'est bien agréable.”

    “Sehr nettes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Angefangen bei der Küche über Spiele, Bettwäsche, Tischwäsche, Handtücher. Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon in die Landschaft und auf das ferne Meer. Ruhige Lage, Garten ist kaum einsehbar. Allerdings waren drei Bäume stark von Schädlingen befallen. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich in einem kleinen Anbau im vorderen Garten. Badewanne und Glasabtrennung zum Duschen waren schon älter. Warmes Wasser wurde über einen Gasboiler zur Verfügung gestellt. Es dauerte auch eine gewisse Zeit bis es warm wurde.Der Vermieter sagte uns, er würde die Gasflasche gleich nach dem Wochenende wechseln, kam jedoch nicht. So waren wir uns nie sicher, ob wir bis zum Schluss unseres Aufenthaltes warmes Wasser haben würden. Die Geschirrspülmaschine war defekt, dies wurde uns auch beim Einchecken mitgeteilt. Auch die Bewässerung der Pflanzen klappte nicht. Da das Häuschen im Vorgebirge liegt, waren die Abende im März draußen kühl und jeden Morgen bis Nachmittag der Himmel wolkenverhangen. Mit dem Auto ist man aber schnell in Los Christianos oder auf der Autobahn in alle Richtungen unterwegs und kann die Insel erkunden.”

    “Zeer rustige omgeving, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Wel wat ver van de toeristische omgeving. Auto eigenlijk noodzakelijk. Busverbinding vlakbij. Veelal wolken aan het huis vanwege de hoogteligging. Aan de kust was er dan zon.”
