The house is situated in a quiet residential complex, where locals and residents mainly live, about 1 km from Valle San Lorenzo in a beautiful, very quiet and well maintained urban area with lush tropical plants and palm trees. Behind it is this nest, with a large, secluded terrace, which faces south/east on two levels, has also been abundantly replanted and has a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Although you will be staying in a quiet and exclusive residential area, all the southern beaches, many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, the lively nightlife of Las Americas, several amusement parks and access roads to the most popular hiking areas are in the direct vicinity.
