Quietly situated house with two well-equipped apartments
The house with the two apartments is in a well-known district of Rovinj, called Carmelo, characterised by peaceful surroundings.
The two apartments have separate entrances and can accommodate up to eight people. They have identical layouts, with two bedrooms and a combined living and dining room with a kitchen unit, fully-equipped with everything you need for self-catering. The apartments were renovated in 2014. They provide satellite TV and wireless Internet access. As the house comprises only these two apartments and there is little traffic in the area, you can really relax here.
There are a terrace and a movable gas grill for shared used. There are free parking spaces in a secure area near the accommodation.
It is just a ten-minute walk from your accommodation to one of the most beautiful beaches in town, affording a great view of the old town, which is only about a 15-minute walk away. It is just five minutes to a supermarket, restaurant, bar and children’s playground. The nearest bus stop is 700 metres away. It is 35km to the airport.

This 55m² accommodation provides a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 193cm), another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm) and a modern, air conditioned living room. The bathroom with high-quality fittings has a shower and a washing machine.
