The owner welcomes you to this apartment building, in Aschau in the Zillertal. Typical Tyrolean hospitality, relaxation, a colourful programme of activities with hiking or skiing, and the wonderful Zillertal nature await you at these exclusive holiday apartments. The apartment building is just a kilometre from the centre of Aschau, with a supermarket, shops and many restaurants, and three kilometres from the Zillertal Arena ski resort, and five kilometres from the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing area. The nearby ski bus stop to Zillertal Arena, as well as to Hochzillertal-Hochfügen, is just a four-minute walk away. It is just a six-minute walk to the Aufenfeld leisure complex, with a public swimming lake, a playground for children and relaxing wellness facilities. The nearest golf course is just a ten-minute drive away.

There are three luxurious holiday apartments, where you can enjoy your holiday to the full. Each apartment was newly built in 2013, is spacious and comfortable, and can accommodate up to six people. You can end your active holiday day with a good glass of wine on the generous terrace or balcony, with a view of the Zillertal mountain backdrop. Each apartment has two modern double bedrooms with kingsize beds and a modern bathroom. The spacious living and dining room includes a fully-equipped kitchen of a high standard, a big dining table and an LCD TV with satellite channels. The electricity for the heating is generated with a private little water turbine and oil. Free wireless Internet access is available in all the apartments, each with its own router. A cot and a highchair are available. You can also share use of the ski storage room, with a ski boot dryer, as well as the bicycle room and pram storage room. Freshly baked rolls can be brought to your apartment in the mornings, at a supplementary charge. Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments.

You can end your exciting holiday day with a grill evening, under a gazebo, while your children play in the green and fragrant meadows around the house. These areas are for shared use. Parking spaces are available by the house. You can find a sauna, a solarium, a washing machine and a dryer at the campsite about 300 metres away, which you can use for a fee.

Experience an unforgettable holiday in the Zillertal. On a family holiday, shared experiences are key, for example hiking with the whole family, or visiting thermal baths, with a relaxing wellness landscape. The Zillertal Uderns golf course has 18 holes and is a wonderful setting to play golf. In winter a fairytale world of snowy forests and wonderful descents at the ski resorts of Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and Zillertal Arena await you. Apartment for six people with a balcony

This 78m² apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate six people. When you enter the apartment the Zillertal holiday feeling starts. It is in the midst of a breathtaking natural setting, with a view of the Zillertal mountain world, and is ideal for relaxation, slowing down, days of harmony and inner peace. It has two separate double bedrooms, each with its own access to a cosy balcony, and a pull-out sofa bed, providing ample space for your family holiday in the Zillertal. There are two separate bathrooms, one with a WC. The bathrooms provide a radio, a cosmetic mirror, a hairdryer, a shower and a towel radiator, as well as towels. The spacious living and dining room consists of a fully-equipped kitchen unit, a big dining table and a pull-out sofa bed (80 x 200cm). The kitchen provides a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The apartment has fresh drinking water of the highest quality from its own spring. It also has its own wireless Internet router.

There are a ski storage room, a barbecue and a garden for shared use.

    “Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wir konnten mit 5 Erwachsenen dort gut zurechtkommen. Auch die Schlafgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer (Schlafcoach) war komfortabel und bequem.
    Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt kaum etwas. Eine Auflaufform konnten wir uns beim Vermieter leihen, so dass es auch für „Sonderwünsche“ eine Lösung gab.
    Durch 2 komplette Badezimmer gab es auch auch kein Engpass bei den morgendlichen oder abendlichen Badezimmernutzungen.
    In der Nähe der Parkplätze ist der Skiraum und daneben ein Müllraum, was sehr praktisch war. Negativ: Die Elektrogeräte sind OK, jedoch relativ einfach. Der Herd muss erst „verstanden“ werden, so dass man nichts auf den Herd stellen darf ohne das er sich meldet und einschalten will (z.B. einen Topf, den man nur abstellen will).
    Es fehlen Aufhängemöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern, um etwas außerhalb der Schränke aufhängen zu können.
    Auch wenn die Wohnung sehr schön ist, ist der Preis am Ende ist der Preis natürlich auch relativ hoch. Freizeit: Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man die 3 Skigebiete im Zillertal sehr gut erreichen kann. Immer zwischen 10 und 20 Minuten mit dem Auto.”

    “Herrliche Ferienwohnung, superschoene Lage. Positiv: Modern eingerichtes Appartment, sehr sauber, super schoene Aussicht auf die Bergen durch die grossen Fenster und vom Balkon aus. Zentrale Lage im Zillertal. Negativ: Wir hatten bei der Suche selektiert auf Ferienwohnung mit Sauna, aber es gibt keine Sauna. In der Beschreibung vom Bad steht: Sauna in der Naehe. Dies fuehrt zu einer falschen Selektion. Der Inhaber verweist hier auf eine Sauna auf einem Campingplatz in der Naehe.
    Zentrale Lage in der Nahe von einer Bundesstrasse, Nachteil Verkehrslaerm in Hintergrund wenn die Fenster geoeffnet sind.”

    “Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig: Skiabstellraum, Fußbodenheizung, Panorama-Fenster, Balkone, 2 Föhne, 2 Radios in den Bädern, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeepad-Maschine, 3 Fernseher etc., 2 Safes. Großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich.”
