Holiday Apartment in Podstrana with Private Parking and Wonderful View

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in Podstrana near the beach.

The apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. The living and dining room with an open kitchen is air conditioned and also provides satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine and wireless Internet access are also available.

You can enjoy a wonderful view of the area and the sea from the balcony with garden furniture. Behind the house there is a garden with plants and flowers, as well as a barbecue for the use of house guests. Parking spaces are available.

The beach is just 800 metres away. The public transport connections run every 20 minutes. A range of outdoor activities are available, such as jogging on the beach, cycling, walking, birdwatching. There are tennis courts and golf courses in Stobrec, a five-minute drive away. Other coastal towns such as Omis, Makarska, Trogir and Primosten are not far away. Split is ten kilometres away and from there you can go on a boat trip to the nearby islands of Hvar or Brac. A day trip to Dubrovnik or Medjugorje can also be recommended.

    Kleine geschenke und eine vorbereitete frühstücksplatte mit brot sorgen für einen herzlichen empfang Negativ: Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht klimatisiert. Was bei wärmeren Temperaturen für probleme sorgt. Ein Rollo und Fliegengitter sind zwar installiert, ab 7 Uhr leuchtet der Sonnenaufgang direkt ins Zimmer. Appartment 3”

    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Haus mit zwei weiteren Ferienwohnungen. Es steht ein überdachter Stellplatz pro Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick zum Meer. Sie liegt sehr ruhig oberhalb der Hauptstraße - eine relativ enge Serpentinenstraße führt zur Ferienwohnung.
    Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut ist, dass es eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung gibt. (Bei unserem dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt konnten wir unsere Strandhandtücher mehrmals waschen.)”
