This is a small and interestingly arranged apartment building, with around 60 apartments, by the Praia dos Aveiros beach. The apartment consisting of two rooms has a unique character. Apart from the hotels, there is no other residential complex so close to the beach and with an open view of the sea. The enclosed garden, to which only apartment guests have access, has direct access to the beach and the sea, just 100 metres past the garden gate.
The apartment is on the ground floor and provides 72m² of living space, plus an 11m² roofed terrace and an open terrace of around 45m². The apartment was partially newly renovated at the beginning of 2016. It comprises an entrance area, a completely newly refurbished kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, a big bedroom of around 18m², a bathroom and an exclusive living room of around 31m², which has a dining corner with a table and chairs, a sitting corner, a TV with a DVD player, a stereo system with a CD player, a fireplace, two sofas that can also be used as a sofa bed (140 x 190cm), and a sliding door opening onto the south-facing terrace. From here you can enjoy an impressive view of the beach and the sea. The kitchen provides an oven, stove, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave and kettle. The bedroom has a box spring double bed (180 x 200cm), two bedside tables with lamps and a cupboard wall. The bathroom comprises a shower, a washbasin, a mirror and a toilet. The whole apartment is laid with light floor tiles. The living room and the bedroom have air conditioning, which can also be used for heating.
The terrace not only affords an exceptional view of the beach and the sea, but also the opportunity to sunbathe and relax. The building complex itself has a non-heated indoor pool measuring 6 x 9 metres, with showers and toilets. This indoor pool also provides access to the garden on the complex, which has another pool of around 8 x 16 metres. All around the pool there are loungers for the use of all guests. The indoor pool, the pool and the garden are available for use all year round by guests staying at the complex, free of charge. You can park your car about 10 metres from the building. On request and at a supplementary charge, a transfer service can be arranged to and from the airport in Faro.
You can hire loungers on the nearby beach, which also has a little restaurant. You can go on hikes from the beach, over cliffs that divide the sections of beach. The nearest beach is Praia da Oura. The vibrant nightlife, e.g. De Strip, is only about a ten-minute walk from the complex. The disco The Kiss is even closer, about a five-minute walk. The surroundings are therefore suitable for those who would like to relax, as well as those who would like to immerse themselves in nightlife. It is also pleasant for a stay in winter.
