Ancient summer residence of the Archbishops of Urbino, Villa Tombolina dominates the Metauro valley from the Gola del Furlo to Fano, an ancient Roman city on the Adriatic Sea. From its strategic position it is possible to reach the sea in a few minutes and easily reach attractions such as the Conero Riviera, the Frasassi Caves, the Rocca di Gradara.

Villa Tombolina is a very exclusive holiday home with 15 total beds for groups of friends or families who want to spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday together such as a large well-kept garden, an exclusive swimming pool (5x11) with a shallow water area for children, play area, gazebos and relaxation areas. A private chapel is also available where it is possible to celebrate weddings or private rites.
Villa Tombolina is the ideal place to spend a few relaxing days in the greenery of the park or by the pool, to celebrate important anniversaries or to spend pleasant moments in contact with nature in an unforgettable environment. Located a few minutes from the village of Mondavio, the Della Rovere stronghold, from its position it is possible to quickly reach the Frasassi Caves, the Rocca di Gradara and the ducal city of Urbino.

EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE ENVIRONMENTS
The villa is rented to a single group and therefore all rooms are for the exclusive use of guests

There is no fixed caretaker on site but only a reception office with set daily times

the Villa is located outside the village and is surrounded by vineyards therefore it is not served by public transport; you need to have a car to be able to reach it

Villa Tombolina is an independent holiday home of about 400 square meters on two levels with 15 total beds.
In an alternation of historical elements and modern features, the villa combines refined architecture with all the most comfortable services.

Ground floor:

• a chapel consecrated to San Rocco;
• a lounge (approx. 60 sq m) with a central fireplace furnished with sofas, armchairs and tables, perfect for dinners and parties;
• a dining room (60 sq m approx.) With a central table and a lounge with TV; from the hall you have the possibility through a glass door to access the basement / cellar;
• a kitchen (60 sq m approx.) Which opens with two glass doors onto a terrace adjacent to the garden which leads to the swimming pool of the Villa. The kitchen is equipped with a column fridge, column freezer, electric slicer, electric oven, stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee makers, dishes, pans, dishwasher, tables and chairs for both outdoor and indoor use, washing machine with drying rack. outdoor, iron with ironing board, barbecue.

First floor:

• a central living room (approx. 50 m2) with fireplace and vaulted ceiling furnished with sofas and period furniture which leads to the 4 suites;
