The house with two holiday apartments is located in a quiet residential area of the picturesque seaside town of Sukosan, only approximately 300 m away from the beautiful Marina Dalmacija. Sukosan is situated approximately 7 km south of the historic town of Zadar.Top modern, only recently (2019) fully refurbished three-bedroom holiday apartment with a communal terrace and traditional stone grill
The apartment has access to a generous 600 m² communal garden area. In the garden there is a lounge and barbecue area. Parking is also available.
This 120 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and has only recently been completely renovated in 2019. It offers three bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight persons: The three bedrooms are all furnished with a double bed and two more persons can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living area. The large bathroom has a bath tub, walk-in shower, wash basin and a toilet. The stylish kitchen is complete with Ceran cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is an air conditioning unit in the living area and WLAN internet access is available throughout the apartment.
Nearby is the D-mar Marina, the largest marina in Croatia. The apartment is close to restaurants and beaches.
