The cabin is situated in a beautiful location on the shores of Lake Kallavesi. It is only 12 kilometers away from Kuopio. The cabin is well-suited for traditional year-round cabin life, as well as for active holidaymakers seeking leisure and business travelers. The region of Kuopio and its surroundings offer extensive opportunities for recreation and active vacation.

12 km of Kuopio, Lake Kallavesi 30 m, sand-bottomed rapidly deepening beach, own pier, and rowing boat. Log cabin (2012) with kitchen, living areas with fireplaces available on both the upper and ground floors, and three bedrooms each with two beds. In addition, two high-quality, thick-mattressed foldable extra beds. Two WCs, washroom, and sauna with electric sauna stove. In the yard, a brick-built grill.

A separate lakeside sauna in the yard is available for rent for an extra fee. The sauna has electricity, a dressing room, a shower, and WC in the washing room, and a wood-burning sauna stove in the steam room. The sauna provides a cozy environment and is available for rent throughout the year.

Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the rent. The cabin is located on a spacious sunny sloping plot. The sun shines on the plot all day long. The front yard is gravel-surfaced. The relaxation area is lawn.
