Bad Aussee. Das Studio befindet sich auf einem offenen Gartengrundstück mit Wiese, Blumen und Sträuchern. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht im Haus oder auf dem Grundstück. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Nebenstraße (asphaltiert). Parkplatz auf der Straße vor dem Haus.
