From the comfort of the bed you can watch TV or relax with radio. You can reach the house by car, and you can park your car there as well. That's why this house is ideal for a four-person family. With the prior announcement and extra charge, you can also take your pet with you and you will surely enjoy, together with the children, a large garden overlooking the sea. Also, you can join them while drinking coffee or preparing meals on an electric grill, or you can watch it all from the air-conditioned kitchen side of the house. The owners do not live in the facility so do not forget to check-in until 14:00 and check-out until 10:00, but the rest of the time is completely in your hands. If you need a refreshment, the concrete beach is only 10 m away from the house. But regardless of the vicinity of the beach, do not forget to take a towel and sunscreen.The house is 500m away from the center of Banj where you will find a shop, exchange office, bar, restaurant and disco club. Apart from excellent road and car connections, the house is well connected with public transport, and the first station is 1km away. In Banj you can rent a bicycle or motor boat, and a berth is located 600m from the house.On the island of Pašman you can experience a great adrenaline adventure because since 2006 the "Škarping" is organized, which is a race on the rocks. If extreme sports are not for you, you can find your fun in a program and a great feast bmarking the end of the competition. While staying on the island, do not forget to try some of the many specialties like Dalmatian ham, bacon, roasted lamb, octopus under the peka and traditional pasta - the pearl of Croatian gastronomy.
