The apartment is located only 300 m from the city center. From the garden and living room you have a fantastic view of the Ourthe. The modern furnished house is accessible via stairs. The garden is on different levels, so the house is not suitable for people who are less mobile. The place is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to town.
