Luxurious holiday house with a private pool and a sea view, in the centre of Dubrovnik
The villa enjoys a central location in the green Lapad district. It is on a quiet road, sheltered by the trees of the surrounding forest.
The first floor provides access to the terrace with a sea view and a pool for your own exclusive use. The terrace has sun loungers and a dining table with chairs. There are public car parking spaces on the street near the property, which you can use subject to availability.
The living space of around 200m² is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. The ground floor, which is fitted throughout with under-floor heating, has four bedrooms, two of which are furnished with a French bed (140cm wide) and two each with two single beds (90cm wide). On this floor there are also three bathrooms, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a storage room. The first bathroom is fitted with a whirlpool, shower, washbasin and toilet. The two others have a shower, washbasin and toilet. On the upper floor there is a large combined room with a sea view, comprising a living room, a dining room and a fully-equipped, open kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. The upper floor also comprises a guest toilet and a relaxation room.
The nearest grocery shop is about 300 metres away. There are cafés and restaurants about 200 metres away. It is about 350 metres to the beach. You can enjoy a range of maritime leisure activities nearby, such as kayaking, surfing, jet skiing and diving. You can also enjoy tennis, riding and paintballing nearby. The impressive Dubrovnik old town is worth a visit and it is recommended to visit the following islands: Elafiti, Mljet and Lokrum.
Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the site. Families with children should note that the pool can be accessed freely from the terrace.
