Nice apartment with covered terrace on the mezzanine floor of a two family house (adjacent to ITA207). There is a private entrance from the garden (4 steps). The property enjoys beautiful views and there is a brick barbecue for al-fresco dining. There is one other two-family house also in the grounds (just 10m away-please see ITA205/6). There is a well maintained pool area and playground for children to be shared with ITA205/6/7. Wine, olive oil, local specialties are available on site. Just 2km away is San Giustino Valdarno with all kinds of shops and it is a good location for visiting Arezzo (20km), Siena (58km) and Florence (60km).
